Unique Content (+3)
Content is very important. It is great to have relevant, unique content on your site .

Frequent changes(+3)
It is great if you are frequently add content to your site. Slightly changing content will not have the same effect.

Font size(+2)
If a keyword is a larger font the the rest of the content, it will be considered more important.

Formatting(+2)
Bold and italicized keywords will also stick out among content.

Age of Content(+2)
Recent/updated content is preferred over old content.

Content Size (+1)
A long page with a lot of text is not favoured. Rather split a lot of content over relevant amount of pages

Illegal content(-3)
Using copyrighted content without permission, or content that promotes legal violations will get your site banned from search engines.

Invisible content(-3)
If search engine bots (spiders) discover hidden content that is just for them, your site is likely to get penalised.

Duplicate content(-3)
Duplicating your content many times over hundreds of pages to make your site look large, could get you banned from search engines.
